Ο Γιώργος Νεοφώτιστος βοηθά οργανισμούς να επανασχεδιάσουν το HR. Είναι ένας από τους λιγους Agile HR Practitioners στην Ελλάδα, πιστοποιημένος από το HRCI και co-founder του Tech HR Community. Ξεχωρίζει για το διαφορετικό τρόπο που βλέπει το HR και τη βαθιά εξειδίκευσή του σε HR strategy, HR mechanics, data pipeline design, organizational design, job architecture και ανάπτυξη product-based HR ομάδων.
Αμφισβητεί τα παραδοσιακά μοντελα HR και επικεντρώνεται στην διάδοση πρακτικών για την εξέλιξη των οργανισμών πιστεύοντας ότι το σύγχρονο HR πρέπει να ξεφύγει από την σκιά του υποστηρικτικού ρόλου, να μάθει από την ταχύτητα των tech οργανισμών και να εξελιχθεί σε lead του transformation.
Τα τελευταία χρόνια έχει ηγηθεί και υποστηρίξει HR transformations από το μηδέν σε high growth οργανισμούς, χτίζοντας και εξελίσσοντας HR functions, ενώ πρόσφατα υποστήριξε πολυεθνικούς οργανισμούς στην αποτελεσματική τους ανάπτυξη σε τοπικές αγορές.
